If you follow me on social media or read my blog, you know that I love Starbucks but you might not know why so I am am going to give you 5 reasons why I love Starbucks:
- Customer Service: The #1 reason I love Starbucks is their customer service. The last week of August I went into my local Starbucks and voiced my disappointment that Pumpkin Spice Latte was not available yet. I had read online that it was supposed to be available August 25, but workers said it had been delayed. I look forward to this flavor all year so I was disappointed. A few days later I drove through the drive-thru and ordered my normal skinny french vanilla. When I got to the window, the woman said ‘hey, I wanted to let you know that the pumpkin arrived early. We haven’t made your drink yet because I thought you might want the pumpkin instead.” I was so impressed that she remembered I had asked about the pumpkin a few days before AND she know who I was by my voice in the drive-thru.
- Less Sugar: One of the reasons I choose Starbucks over other coffee shops is that have a lot of sugar-free syrups. Many coffee shops have one or maybe two, but Starbucks consistently has sugar-free vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate and a few others. I can make at least a 1/2 dozen drinks using a combination of their sugar-free syrups. Starbucks has so many options for coffee whether you prefer just black or something loaded with flavor. If it’s not on the menu, you have just have to ask and they will gladly make it for you because of point #1 above.
- Starbucks App: I love a place where I can pay with my phone. I don’t need to hunt for my wallet or scrounge around for money in my purse. I just go to the app on my phone and they scan the barcode. When my account dips below $10, then it auto replenishes from my bank account. It could not be easier to pay for a drink.
- They are Everywhere: Starbucks are everywhere that I go now. They are on street corners, in Targets, in Ingles, in Marriotts, in airports, etc. I can get my Venti Skinny French Vanilla just about anywhere I go!
- Buy 12, Get 1 Free: By signing up for My Starbucks Reward program, you get a free drink for every 12 that you purchase. My husband is on the same card so we end up with a free drink about 1.5 weeks.
